Heidi Livingston Eisips

Heidi Livingston Eisips is a Senior Consultant in the Strategy Practice of Astute Diligence with a strong specialization in early stage, high-growth and turnaround organizations.

Heidi has over ten years experience launching and managing entrepreneurial ventures in both start-ups and large organizations. Throughout her professional career, she has developed a finely honed ability to conceive and execute strategies that contribute to bottom line financials. Heidi has extensive high technology industry knowledge, with in-depth understanding of internet, wireless and multimedia technologies.

Prior to joining Astute Diligence as an affiliated consultant, Heidi held multiple senior high-tech marketing and strategy management positions at Hewlett-Packard (HP). Most recently, she served as a Product Planning and Strategy Manager, managing the HP developer program's marketing initiatives. Previously, she served as the Mobile Development Program Manager for HP, managing the launch of HP's mobile application development program and evaluating numerous wireless vendors and their technologies. Among other positions of responsibility, she held the position of Linux Program Manager, overseeing a "virtual team" consisting of more than 25 divisions and 100 people focusing on Linux and open source products and projects, which ultimately led to the creation of a Linux-focused business unit.

During her tenure at the company, Heidi reported to the CTO of HP's Computing Systems organization where she participated in CTO technology due diligence investigations, preparing business analyses of server, software, storage, printer and PC markets. While at HP, Heidi was a three-time recipient of HP's STAR award for outstanding performance.

Prior to HP, Heidi worked at Israel-based VCON Telecommunications, a startup videoconferencing company, in a sales, marketing and business planning capacity. Before VCON, Heidi had started her own company, providing tutorial services to students.

Heidi is an active member of the Silicon Valley American Marketing Association. Throughout her career, she has maintained a high visibility profile, with extensive public speaking, presentations and trade show participation at more than 15 events worldwide.

Heidi holds an MBA degree from the Yale University School of Management with a concentration in Marketing Strategy and Entrepreneurship and a B.A. degree in English from the University of California at Berkeley. She is fluent in both English and Hebrew.
